What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom designs?
Our minimum order quantity for custom styles is 100 pieces per style/color.
How is pricing determined, and is it negotiable?
Pricing depends entirely on your requested quantity, custom design details, selected materials, and workmanship. All prices can be negotiable based on bulk requirements.
What is your sample policy and the sample lead time?
We offer free samples for our regular customers. For the first cooperation, a sample fee will be charged, which is fully refundable when a bulk order is placed. Samples are ready for delivery within 3-7 working days, taking about 3-5 days for shipping via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
What is your production lead time and payment terms?
Production takes approximately 15-20 days after all design details are confirmed. We accept T/T, Western Union, and MoneyGram payment terms requiring a 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment.
How do you guarantee quality control and what are your shipping methods?
We maintain a strict quality control inspection process on products one by one. Our shipping options include Express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx - taking 3-7 working days), Air shipping, or Sea shipping depending on your preference.
