What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1pc for spot goods, but for OEM & ODM designs, the MOQ is 50-100pcs per model. The quantity is bigger, the price is lower.
What is your delivery time?
Normally, our delivery time is about 5-10 working days after payment (if you do not need to change labels). Custom design shipping time needs to be negotiated.
How to place an order?
If you need a stock product, please choose the style, color, and size, and confirm the quantity. We will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) -> confirmed receipt of payment -> arrange delivery -> after-sales service. For custom designs, please contact us first.
What are your shipping methods?
By express (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, ARAMEX), by air, or by sea.
What are your payment terms?
For small quantities, we only accept 100% T/T. For large quantities, we accept 30% in advance and 70% balance before shipping. Usually, we use Trade Assurance.
